Our O2 generator was having issues & not running properly. I called Airnetic and was immediately helped by Paul, who is the service manager. He proceeded to walk me through some troubleshooting tasks to see if we could solve the problem remotely. Now we are an overnight ER and he took the time to help with this after hours, which was extremely helpful for us. While we weren’t able to fix the problem, he got us to a point where we could still obtain oxygen for the duration of our shift until the repair could be completed next day. Paul had a technician out to us to complete the repairs in the most timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, responsive & followed up to address any concerns. Highly recommend this company & appreciate this level of customer support.
